Yes, walk-ins are always welcome for routine services like threading, basic haircuts, or clean-ups! However, for chemical treatments, bridal makeup, or party glam, we highly recommend booking via WhatsApp to secure a chair without waiting.
How do I secure a bridal or party makeup slot?+
During peak Bhubaneswar wedding and fest seasons, our dates disappear fast. To lock in your artist, we require a nominal advance booking deposit. Send us your date on WhatsApp to check availability instantly.
What is your cancellation policy?+
We understand plans change. For standard salon services, please let us know at least 2 hours in advance. For bridal and large group bookings, refer to the specific cancellation terms provided during your consultation.
Do you provide home service for makeup?+
Yes! Our makeup artist squad frequently travels to wedding venues, hotels, and homes across Bhubaneswar and Cuttack for bridal and group bookings. Travel charges may apply depending on the distance from our Patia studio.
